Have you often wondered in vain why the cost of an unpaid invoice can suddenly become so high? Do you actually know what to do or how best to help someone when the bailiff has just stopped by? Do you actually have any idea how a bailiff works?
Then you’ve come to the right place. De Haven organizes an online workshop that explains how a bailiff does his/her work. We will tell you about the procedures they have to follow, what types of files there are, what steps are taken. We will also give you tips on how to contact a bailiff’s office, as an individual or as an auxiliary body, who to contact and, if necessary, how to re-establish contact between the people you are helping and or directly with the creditor.
Where? The sessions are online for the time being. Via a zoom meeting of which the link will be forwarded a few days in advance.
